This data shows an increase in 2% over list price each month for homes for sale in Concord, when compared to the month prior.


From Feb to March, we saw a sharp 7.4% increase in home prices in Concord. Homes this month sold for tens of thousands of dollars more than homes for sale in Concord did the month prior. Probably due in part to the 48% drop in inventory in January, causing increase in demand in homes for sale in Concord. This was an extremely difficult month for Concord, CA Realtors, as the supply of houses in Concord was rock bottom, and the demand for homes for sale in Concord was sky high.


From May to June, prices are up an average of 31.5% when compared to the same time frame in 2020
